  I went here again.....What a difference 6 months makes.  Drinks in the bar first and then to the dining room for dinner.  
  
  Justin was our server and he had a trainee with him named Mo.  If you go, ask for either one, they were both efficient and friendly, not to mention on point with the food timing.  It was a far cry from our previous experience where we never saw the waitress after her first stop at the table until she brought the check.
  
  
  We had the guacamole and roasted jalapeño queso with homemade chips.  Very fresh guacamole and the cheese dip was very good, too.  The seasonal tomato and watermelon salad was very good, a little too much dressing but very tasty.  Two steaks, salmon, and the seasonal trout dish, all cooked as requested.  If you go while the trout dish is available from the seasonal menu, you must order it!  It was really, really good.  
  
  Overall, the revisit was a success and I am glad that I gave Weber Grill another chance.  Management and staff were visible and as the restaurant got busier they continued the efficiency.  The atmosphere was much more pleasant and calm than on the previous visit.

  When I see the name Weber I think in meat, BBQ, grills, pulled pork, smoke...good food... and in my last visit to St. Louis I went into the Weber Grill Restaurant and I was really excited because they have in that place The Weber Grill Academy...so I thought it will be the best North American grill experience in my life... We ordered beef brisket, steak and fries and a 10oz filet mignon the filet mignon was cooked as ordered but the season was not so good.... the steak was cooked as ordered too but flat in flavor.... horrible fries... the big disappointment was the beef brisket... dry, the smokey crust missing and the portion was too small, also the side dishes are horrible, super sweet beans, super sweet bbq sauce and coleslaw flat in flavor.
  
  Thumbs up for the chocolate cake it was amazing ( maybe the chef de patisserie was in charge for my side dishes !!!)
  
  Service too slow and the place was not crowded ... So-so expressos coffee !!!

  Use to love this place, but has gone quickly downhill. The server was ridiculous slow and their were only 8 tables in the whole restaurant. When we complained about the long wait time the manager us the computer reflected the correct time. My mom waited 20 minutes for the waiter to come to our table for her DRINK order, how is that normal? We also were sat in a high table with a toddler....her high chair was in the walk way and she could barely reach the table-when we asked why we weren't be seated in the dinning room the hostess told us the waiter had complained he didn't have any tables.
  
  After all of our complaints the manager did nothing (not even a sorry) to make up for it.
  
  This was one of my favorite restaurants till the last encounter listed on my birthday. I emailed the company as well (twice) to tell them of my experience and have yet to get an email back.
  
  Don't waste your time or your money unless you want to be ignored, brushed off when you do complain, and annoyed.
  
  ****update I was contacted by the GM and was ofter to be his guest to come back in. It was fantastic! Weber Grill is again one of my favorite chain restaurants. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was perfect, and of course the food was great! Thank you for changing my mind and treating me right.****

  I want to give a thank you to Todd Bradshaw Manager, and Justin Hamm Sever for making a great time.  It is my birthday month and Todd's also.
  
  Well this turned around real fast .  The manager came over and apologized and made amends for the poor start.
  
  I will be back again.  I love patronizing an establishment that believes in treating the customer right.  In this case Weber Grill is #1 in making things right for me.
  
  The Food was delicious.and.I have not one complaint about the great cooks they have preparing my meals, they were appealing and delicious, hot and freshly prepared while I watched.
  
  This started out terrible, no one was available to seat us, no one took our order.  The lady that finally came from the bar when were looking around asking to be seated sat us down and then said they would be over to take our order then no one showed up.
  
  The manager or someone whom appeared to be the manager was busy entertaining his guests and the hostess.  I guess the people were VIP or family.
  
  I finally got a chance to order, just waiting on the food to see how the rest of this review will go.  This will definitely effect the tip I leave.

  Love going to this place! It's worth the 100 mile drive! I had The barbecue chicken and my wife had the BLT burger. The waiter or waitress will bring you out pretzel buns on request. The restaurant opens up at 11 o'clock, we got there about 15 after 11:00 by 11:30 it was filling up. Service was quick! Would definitely recommend!
